Schedule Your Session
Use my online system to choose your desired time and make payment. You’ll receive an email confirmation with details about your session, and link to my Getting Ready Guide.
2: Photo Session
Get Camera Ready
Your session will be quick, fun, and fully guided to make sure we capture headshots that you fall in love with and are exactly the vibe you want.
3: Ordering
Selecting Your Images
You’ll get access to a private online gallery showcasing the best images from your session. Choose three favourites, or you can order additional images, too. Once the images are edited and ready, you’ll get a link to downloading them and now you have your new headshots!

+ What should I wear?
Determining your outfits depends on what you are trying to portray about your brand with your headshots or portraits. Are you looking to appear corporate, business casual, or brand specific?
As soon your Headshot Day session is booked, you'll receive a Headshot Getting Ready Guide to help you begin planning your wardrobe and the images you would most like to create during your session.
+ Will I have time to change my outfit or the backdrop colour during the session?
Due to the limited time we have, there will not be time to change outfits or the backdrop; however, you can put on/take off a jacket or cardigan to switch up your look. If you would like to have multiple looks, please contact me for a custom headshot session.
+ What’s the difference between Headshot Day and your custom headshot sessions?
Headshot Day sessions take place on a pre-determined date, and sessions are slightly shorter in length, with two backdrop colours options (white or grey). Since sessions are scheduled back-to-back, they are less expensive.
+ What’s included in a Headshot Day booking?
The session fee for a Headshot Day booking includes your 15 minute headshot session, your choice of a white or grey backdrop colour, a proofing gallery to review the best images from your session, and your choice of three edited images selected from at least 7 proofs sent to you via your personal online proofing gallery.
+ What does your retouching cover?
My signature retouching is included in your session for the 3 images you choose as well as for any additional images you order. Retouching includes:
- stray hairs
- skin blemishes
- whitening of teeth and eyes
- glass glare removal
Additional retouching requests may be available by request, a custom quote will be provided.
+ Can my Headshot Day session be outdoors?
Headshot Day sessions are scheduled back to back at my home studio against a white or grey backdrop. I do offer Outdoor Headshots through my custom headshot services. Please contact me for a custom outdoor headshot session.
+ What if I like more than three of my images, can I order more?
Yes! Upgrade options are available.
+ How do I book?
The booking process is super easy! Simply select a time from the booking calendar above and you will be prompted to answer a few questions to help me prepare for your session. Once you've submitted your payment, your session is fully booked and you'll receive an automatic email confirmation with full session details.
+ Where are you located?
Headshots are taking place at my home studio, located in the Bear Mountain community of Langford, BC. I will send you full location and parking details with your email confirmation at the time of your booking.
+ What happens if I need to cancel/reschedule because I'm sick?
Life happens, I get it! If you can't make it, your session fee payment will be applied toward a spot during a future headshot day or you can apply your session payment as a credit toward a custom headshot session.
