If your company has a whole team that needs to update their headshots, I can come to your business location with my mobile studio. It’s a quick and convenient way to update your team’s headshots for your company without leaving the office!
Step 1: Contact Me to Book Your Team’s Photo Session Date
Send me a note using the contact form below to let me know what type of images you are looking for and how many team members you have. I’ll send you all the details needed to get your session scheduled and planned with as little fuss as possible, including the list of backdrop colour options you can choose from.
Step 2: Scheduling
I can send you a scheduling link to share with your team for everyone to choose their desired headshot time and book directly with me to save you time.
Step 3: Headshot Time!
I arrive early on your scheduled headshot date to set up the mobile studio. Each team member will receive posing guidance and one-on-one time for their individual headshots.
Step 4: Use Your Team’s Headshots
You’ll receive the selected retouched digital images through a private online gallery within two weeks after your scheduled photo shoot.

Company Headshot Pricing
Company headshots can be conducted at your office or any location you prefer in Victoria, BC. For remote teams, new hires, or smaller groups, sessions can also be held at my Langford home studio.
Group sessions are priced per person with tiered discounts: $180 for the first 5-9 individuals, $160 each for 10-19, and so on. A $195 location fee applies for on-site sessions within Victoria BC and surrounding areas.
Pricing includes: 1 retouched full resolution digital file per employee (client's choice). Retouching for your selected image includes: stray hair, skin blemishes, whitening of teeth and eyes, glass glare removal.- Additional retouching available by request, a custom quote will be provided.

It's advised to allocate one hour for the photoshoot (plus an additional 1-2 hours for set up and pack up).
For on-location team headshots, there is an additional $195 location fee.

Team Headshots Frequently Asked Questions

I need a space at least 9 ft x 12 ft with a minimum ceiling height of 9 ft. If your space is smaller than this size, please contact me to discuss alternative options.

On site headshot sessions start at $1095, which can be for any number of individuals at your office locations less than 5 people.

Once all images have been selected, you will receive your final gallery of downloadable images within 10 business days after your team's scheduled headshot session.
