For events, please share the date(s), venue, and estimated number of headshots required. I’ll reply with all the details needed to plan and schedule your session efficiently, including backdrop colour options.

Step 2: Scheduling
I tailor scheduling to your needs. For company teams, I can provide a simple scheduling document or link for individuals to sign up for time slots, saving you administrative hassle.

For conferences and tradeshows, we'll work together to establish a schedule that works seamlessly with your event's flow.

Step 3: Headshot Time!
I arrive early on the scheduled date(s) to set up the mobile studio efficiently at your office or event space.

Each participant (whether a team member, conference attendee, or tradeshow guest) receives friendly posing guidance and dedicated one-on-one time to ensure we capture their best look.

Step 4: Image Delivery
You’ll receive the selected, retouched digital images through one private online gallery for your company to distribute as you wish, typically within two weeks after the photo shoot or final selections.

Optional Add-Ons

  • Participants receive access to a private online proofing gallery after the event to make their selection.

  • Dedicated assistant to optimize workflow, manage participant flow, and ensure efficient headshot sessions during your event.

    Rate includes up to 4 hours, then $50 per hour thereafter.

  • Receive an additional fully retouched image per person, capture a different pose or expression.

  • Change the background of your selected image to a different backdrop option.

  • For requests beyond standard facial retouching (shine removal, stray hairs, blemishes, eye/teeth whitening).

    Enhanced retouching includes:

    • Removing subjects

    • Body changes (weight and age, etc)

    • Hair colour retouching

    • Additional retouching requests may be possible, please contact for a custom quote

Team Headshots & Events Frequently Asked Questions:

  • I need a space at least 9 ft x 12 ft with a minimum ceiling height of 9 ft. If your space is smaller than this size, please contact me to discuss alternative options.

  • On site headshot sessions start at $1095, which can be for any number of individuals at your office locations or event with less than 5 people.

  • Please send me a note through my headshots for teams and events form and I will get back to you with full details.

  • Once all images have been selected, you will receive your final gallery of downloadable images within 10 business days after your team's scheduled headshot session.

    Rush image options are available for an additional fee.

  • Image retouching includes: stray hair, skin blemishes, whitening of teeth and eyes, and glass glare removal.

    Additional retouching requests are available by request, a custom quote will be provided. Prices start at $39 + GST per image.

  • Yes! I offer on-site headshot services for conferences, trade shows, and other events.

    This is a great way to provide a valuable service to attendees, attract visitors to booths, and enhance the overall event experience.

  • For high-volume events, I can provide an assistant to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
